Aspen Colorado New Years 2015 by tobyharriman

What a year! And what a way to start off 2015 then become an Editor on 500px for the whole month of January! Can't wait to start selecting some of my favorite photos for Editors Choice!! Last night I was fortunate enough to be in Aspen, Colorado to shoot the 2015 New Years Fireworks. My buddy Matt with Vital Films and I snowmobiled up Smuggler to get this view. It was awesome to say the very least. It was also a nice change from shooting fireworks in SF with bridges and skylines. But I think my favorite part was finally capturing something I grew up watching every year. This is from the 8pm show.
