Standing by the partly frozen river, watching the mountain by the light of a full moon, I wanted to capture all the elements in a single shot. The ice in the foreground, the river, the mountain and the stars. With my 14mm lens just an inch off the surface of the foreground ice I made three images for focus and exposure and blended them together to create a single frame that captures details and focus in the whole frame.
