Spirit Falls is within the Columbia River Gorge area but you won't find too much information on its location because its official location resides in Washington. It's across the river from Hood River on the Lewis and Clark Highway, turn right on Cook Underwood Road and drive up until you see a pull out on the right side. There are no official trail signs but it has been trodden enough that if you follow it down, you'll find this sweet spot.
